Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Personalized or customized products (such as photo frames with pictures, engraved lamps, name designs, or custom-made lamps) are not eligible for exchange, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not offer exchange for the following items:
* Used, scratched, or customer-damaged products
* Customized or personalized products
* Products returned without original packaging
To request an exchange, contact us at our WhatsApp with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will proceed return process.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.
Layers by Layer follows a strict No Refund Policy. Only exchange is available for eligible orders as per the terms above.
